CECH DEALING WITH PRESSURE

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech today stepped up the pressure on title rivals Arsenal and Manchester United by insisting the trophy will head to Stamford Bridge if either side make one more mistake this week.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side climbed four points clear of United at the top of the table with a 1-0 win over Bolton, while they also have a superior goal difference to that of the other two clubs.

Their next game is against Tottenham on Saturday evening, by which time Arsenal and Manchester United will have had the chance to close the gap.

Cech believes neither can afford to drop points and said: “Arsenal have a big game tonight against Spurs because they’re the furthest away. “Then at the weekend there is the Manchester derby and we play a London derby at Tottenham. It can be a decisive week.

“It can change the position in the Premier League a lot if we manage to win both our games and the others lose theirs. It could also go the other way and change everything for the last three games.
